Once your package leaves our warehouse, 400VLENS is not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by the shipping carrier or customs. If you encounter tracking issues or your package has not arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a report.
In some cases, we may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the total value of your order.
